What is Gospel?

Gospel is the good news about God's love and salvation through Jesus Christ!

John 3:16-18
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,
       that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world,
       but to save the world through him.
18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned,
       but whoever does not believe stands condemned already
       because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.

Romans 1:20
20 For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—
       his eternal power and divine nature—
       have been clearly seen,
       being understood from what has been made,
       so that men are without excuse.

Romans 3:23-24
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
24 and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Romans 5:12
12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin,
       and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned—

Romans 6:4
4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that,
       just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father,
       we too may live a new life.

Romans 5:8
8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this:
       While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 6:23
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—
       and this not from yourselves,
       it is the gift of God—
9 not by works, so that no one can boast.

1 Corinthians 15:3-4
3 For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance:
       that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,

Romans 10:9-10
  9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord,"
       and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified,
       and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

Romans 1:16
16 I am not ashamed of the gospel,
       because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes:
       first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.

約翰福音 3:16
16 神愛世人、甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們、叫一切信他的、不至滅亡、反得永生。
17 因為　神差他的兒子降世、不是要定世人的罪、乃是要叫世人因他得救。
18 信他的人、不被定罪．不信的人、罪已經定了、因為他不信　神獨生子的名。

羅馬書 1:20
20 自從造天地以來、　神的永能和神性是明明可知的、
      雖是眼不能見、但藉著所造之物、就可以曉得、叫人無可推諉．

羅馬書 3:23-24
23 因為世人都犯了罪、虧缺了　神的榮耀。
24 如今卻蒙　神的恩典、因基督耶穌的救贖、就白白的稱義。

羅馬書 5:12
12 這就如罪是從一人入了世界、死又是從罪來的、於是死就臨到眾人、因為眾人都犯了罪。

羅馬書 6:4
4 所以我們藉著洗禮歸入死、和他一同埋葬．原是叫我們一舉一動有新生的樣式、
      像基督藉著父的榮耀、從死裏復活一樣。

羅馬書 5:8
8 惟有基督在我們還作罪人的時候為我們死、　神的愛就在此向我們顯明了。

羅馬書 6:23
23 因為罪的工價乃是死．惟有　神的恩賜、在我們的主基督耶穌裏、乃是永生。

以弗所書 2:8-9
8 你們得救是本乎恩、也因著信、這並不是出於自己、乃是　神所賜的．
9 也不是出於行為、免得有人自誇。

歌林多前書 15:3-4
3 我當日所領受又傳給你們的、第一、就是基督照聖經所說、為我們的罪死了．
4 而且埋葬了．又照聖經所說、第三天復活了．

羅馬書 10:9-10
  9 你若口裏認耶穌為主、心裏信　神叫他從死裏復活、就必得救．
10 因為人心裏相信、就可以稱義．口裏承認、就可以得救。

羅馬書 1:16
16 我不以福音為恥．這福音本是　神的大能、要救一切相信的、先是猶太人、後是希利尼人。
